Remote-first, by design
Our consultants operate fully remote. We maintain a registered office in Kingston for correspondence and scheduled meetings, but day-to-day work happens wherever it needs to — on-site for assessments, remotely for planning, documentation, and advisory work.
This keeps engagements efficient and allows us to serve clients across Jamaica and the wider region without the overhead that a traditional office model adds to every project.

Every engagement is treated as confidential by default. We do not publish client names, logos, or engagement details without explicit consent. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to any preliminary conversation if required.
Engagements are scoped and priced individually, based on the complexity of the environment, the deliverables required, and the time involved. We provide a clear proposal with fixed fees before any work begins — there are no open-ended retainers unless specifically agreed.
It depends on scope. A focused risk assessment or security survey typically takes two to four weeks from first contact to final report. A bespoke security management programme is structured in phases and may run over several months. We agree timelines clearly at the outset.

We are an advisory and management firm — we do not provide physical guarding services. Our work is upstream of that: assessing risk, designing programmes, writing plans and procedures, and helping organisations make better decisions about security.
