Is this an ongoing retainer?
Not unless you want it to be. Programmes are scoped and priced in phases with fixed fees, and any ongoing support is agreed separately.
Can you work with our existing guard company?
Yes. We do not provide physical guarding, so we can work alongside your current provider — or help you define requirements and select one.
Where do you start if we have very little in place?
Usually with a risk assessment or site survey. That gives the programme a clear baseline and helps you prioritise spend.
