How it works

Our approach

1
Scope

We agree the sites, assets and operations in scope, and who needs to be involved.

2
Assess

We gather information on site and through interviews, then analyse threats, vulnerabilities and existing controls.

3
Report and prioritise

We present findings and a prioritised set of options so leaders can decide what to do first.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

How is a risk assessment different from a site survey?

A risk assessment looks at what could go wrong and how much it matters across the organisation. A site survey is a detailed review of one location's physical and operational security. Many clients start with one and follow with the other.

Will the report be too technical for our board?

No. Reports are written for decision-makers: clear priorities, plain language and practical options, with detail available where it is needed.

Do we need to fix everything you find?

No. Findings are prioritised and costed so you can choose what to act on first and plan the rest.
